Hidatik Kistli Sığırlarda Tümör Nekrozis Faktör-α, İnterlökin-1 Düzeyleri ve Tiyol/Disülfid Homeostazı

Amacımız hidatik kistli sığırlarda tiyol/disülfid homeostazisini ve sitokinlerin düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada, toplam 30 adet sığır (15 enfekte ve 15 sağlıklı) kullanıldı. Serum örneklerinde tümör nekrozis faktör-α (TNF-α), interlökin-1 (IL-1), total tiyol, natif tiyol analizleri yapıldı. Hidatik kist ile enfekte sığırlarda TNF-α ve IL-1 düzeylerinin anlamlı olarak yükseldiği belirlendi. Hidatik kist ile enfekte sığırlarda biyokimyasal parametrelerden total tiyol ve natif tiyol düzeylerinin anlamlı olarak azaldığı, disülfid, disülfid/natif tiyol ve disülfid/total tiyol ve natif tiyol/total tiyol düzeyleri ise istatistiksel olarak anlamsız belirlendi. Sonuç olarak çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular hidatik kistle enfekte sığırlarda tiyol/disülfid homeostazis belirteçlerinin kullanımının hastalığın patogenezine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
