Özet

 

Aktin İlişkili Protein 2/3 Kompleks Alt Birim 1B, ARPC1B geninin adıdır. İnsan Arp2 / 3 protein kompleksinin yedi alt birimi vardır ve bu gen bunlardan birini kodlar. Duyusal rodopsin-2 proteini, SOP2 ailesine ait bir bileşendir.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ARPC1B geninin pterjiyum hastalığını nasıl etkilediğini görmektir hastaların onayı ile ameliyat sırasında doku çıkarıldı. Real-Time PCR ile değerlendirilen bir grup doku seviyesinden cDNA sentezlenecek ARPC1B geninin teknik ekspresyonunu kullanıldı ve pterjiyum tanısı doğrulandı (polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu).

qRT-PCR bulgularına göre pterjium ve normal konjonktival dokularda ARPC1B gen ekspresyon düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılık olmadıgı tespıt edıldı (p>0.005).
