Akut Kalp Yetmezliği Olan Golden Retrieverlarda Ekokardiyografik Değerlendirme

Çalışma veteriner hastane ve kliniklere acil gelen farklı yaş, cinsiyette ve ağırlıkta olan Golden Retriever cinsi köpeklerden oluşturuldu. Ekokardiyografik muayene sonucunda, hastalarda kalp hastalığı semptomlarına rastlandı. Ekokardiyografik muayene göğüs ağrısı, öksürük, solunum yetmezliği, kalp ritminin düzensizliğini ayırt etmek için iyi bir yöntemdir. Kalp hastalıklarının tanısında ekokardiyografi bize gerekli olan ön bilgiyi sağlamak için yardımcı olur. Elde edilen sonuclara göre Mitral kapakçık yetmezliğinin, köpeklerde en sık rastlanan kalp hastalığı olduğu saptanmıştır. Kalp yetmezliği teşhisini koyabilmek için ekokardiyografi, yapan kişinin tecrübe, bilgi ve becerisiyle beraber bu test tercih edilebilmesi gerekilidir.
