Abstract

In this study, the results are compared both using theoretical and program calculated methods by carrying the single, strip, raft type basic varieties and bearing strength values ??according to their characteristics by using the methods of Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen, Vesic, Brinch-Hansen, Meyerhof and Hanna. The values ??found in the theoretical solution and the program calculated values proved to be approximately the same. As a result of our studies, the foundation width and the embedding depth of the foundation are 1metre and 27 degrees of internal friction angle and the bearing strength value calculated according to the vesic method; 13.77% more than the value calculated by the method of hensen with the same friction angle, 7.95% less than the value calculated by the tazaghi method, meyerhof method, 13.37% more than the calculated value, Brinch-Hansen method was 5.08% more than the calculated value, and approximately 2.26 times more than the value calculated with the meyerhof and hanna method. As a result, while all other parameters of a floor are constant internal friction is changing. If the angle is increased, the difference between the bearing strength values calculated according to all methods has also increased. In addition, increasing the internal friction angle was found to be a factor that increases the bearing strength value in all methods.
