Abstract

Today, the concept of Mindfulness is becoming popular and frequently used in clinical practice and in the lives of individuals. Mindfulness is a skill that can be developed over time, as we experience it, and it is a concept that only brings individuals to that moment, neither in the past nor in the future. However, when the mind of individuals begin to disintegrate from the moment, the mind that go to the past to prepare the ground for depression and rumination. The purpose of this review is to examine the relationship between mindfulness, depression and rumination. Mindfulness is an approach that has increased its use in recent years. It is thought that this research will be the source of future studies.
