According to the findings, when the education variable and the CPES scale scores were examined, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the general competence, safety and functionality competence and the overall mean of the CPES (p <0.05). It was observed that people with high school or less education stated that children's playgrounds were less adequate than university graduates. When the scores of the profession variable and the CPES scale are examined, general competence, hardware competence, security and functionality competence and CPES in general average; It has been observed that the people working in the private sector stated that the playgrounds for children were inadequate compared to the people working in the public sector. According to the results of the study, the thought that children's playgrounds in Siirt province are insufficient has emerged as a result of both people with high school education and those working in the private sector indicating the deficiencies in children's playgrounds.
