Due to the insufficient amount of herbal products produced in parallel with the increasing population today, researches are carried out to expand the product range or to obtain more products by improving the existing growing conditions. This study was carried out in the laboratories of Bingöl University Faculty of Agriculture Biosystem Engineering & Field Crops Departments and Ege University Faculty of Agriculture Field Crops Departments between 2020-2021. In the study, some physical properties (shape-size, surface area, average arithmetic diameter, sphericity, thousand grain weight) of seeds belonging to seven different oil plants (safflower, poppy, flax, camelina, rapeseed, sesame and soy) were investigated. The data obtained provide information about seeds to oil plant producers and researchers in general; It is aimed to benefit from these data in mechanization applications.
